YAFDA (Yet Another Farmer's Delight Addon)
by Partonetrain
YAFDA adds food, cooking and crafting content for NeoForge 1.21.1 that extends Farmer's Delight with items from other mods.
What it does
YAFDA adds new foods, cooking and cutting recipes, and altar repair recipes, with content that follows the pairs of mods installed alongside it. Items are added for several mods listed in its notes, among them Aether, Deep Aether, Deeper Darker, Thirst Taken, Brewin Chewin, Immersive Engineering and Millenaire, and the cooking and knife recipes cover foods from a number of food mods. Mods named in the author notes do not need to be installed for the base content to load.
The mod is a client and server mod: the server and every player need it, and both sides must run the same build. Its files target NeoForge only, for 1.21.1, with 0.20 as the latest file published on 2026-09-28. YAFDA is open source under the MIT License and has public source code and an issue tracker.
Key features
Knife cutting recipes
Cutting recipes turn several foods from other food mods into new ingredients, adding a knife-based step to their preparation.
Altar repair recipes
Altar recipes repair items, giving players a use for the altar blocks beyond their basic function.
Items for other mods
Dependent content is added for Ars Elemental, Ars Nouveau and Flavors Delight, so their foods appear alongside the originals.
Wood cutting recipes
Cupboards and wood-related cutting recipes are included, and the author recommends EveryCompat for wood compatibility.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
Only full game releases are shown. This mod publishes no snapshot builds.
Use cases
Who it’s for: Players and server owners on NeoForge 1.21.1 who run Farmer's Delight alongside the mods listed in the notes. Pack makers who want food recipes from several mods in one place will find the cutting and altar content most useful.
How it compares
