Wireframed

by ofek

Wireframed lets a Fabric player toggle wireframe rendering for solid, cutout and translucent blocks, and for the whole screen including the UI.

FabricClient-side onlyAll rights reserved1.21.11

What it does

Keybinds switch each wireframe renderer on or off while the game is running, so a player can inspect block geometry without leaving play. The renderers cover solid blocks, cutout blocks and translucent blocks separately, and one more option draws everything as wireframe, including the interface.

The mod is a client-side utility: only the client needs it, and a server does not have to run it. It depends on Fabric API and targets Fabric for 1.21.11 only, with a single file, 1.0.0, published on 2026-02-13. The author holds All rights reserved, so the mod is not open source.

Key features

  1. Toggle keybinds

Keybinds turn the wireframe renderers on and off during play, without restarting the game.

  2. Solid block wireframe

Solid blocks can be drawn as outlines, which shows their shape and edges clearly.

  3. Cutout and translucent wireframe

Cutout blocks and translucent blocks each have their own wireframe renderer, so they can be checked separately.

  4. Full-screen wireframe

One option draws everything on screen as wireframe, including the user interface.

Use cases

Inspecting builds

A builder can check the edges and faces of blocks in a finished structure by switching the wireframe on.

Checking transparency

The cutout and translucent renderers show how blocks with transparent parts are shaped.

Who it’s for: Builders, map makers and players who want to see block geometry in the game view. Since only the client runs it, players on any server can use it alone.
