Wastify
by McJty
Wastify is a Forge world generation mod that replaces biomes and blocks after the world is generated, so a map can be turned into a wasteland.
What it does
Wastify changes terrain after generation. The config lets a server owner set up pairs that swap one biome for another, and another set of pairs that replaces specific blocks, such as water, with a different block. The mod requires The Lost Cities. The One Probe is optional. It runs on the server alone, so players join without installing it. It is published for Forge 1.20.1 and is open source under the MIT License.
Key features
Biome replacement
Biomes can be mapped to other biomes in the configuration, changing the look of generated terrain.
Block replacement
Blocks can be mapped to other blocks after worldgen, removing ones a player does not want, such as water.
Configurable mappings
Biome and block mappings are defined in configuration, so each server sets its own replacements.
