Villager Inventory Plugin for Hwyla forks shows a villager's inventory slots inside the tooltip of Jade or WTHIT, the block and entity info overlays it extends.
What it does
When a player looks at a villager, the plugin lists that villager's inventory slots in the Jade or WTHIT tooltip, so the contents can be read without opening the villager's trade screen. It is a plugin for those overlay mods, so Jade or WTHIT must be installed for it to do anything.
The plugin needs the Jade mod's entrypoint provider to be present, and it loads the Kotlin standard library, org.jetbrains.kotlin:kotlin-stdlib. On Fabric, Fabric Language Kotlin provides that library, while NeoForge installs take Kotlin for Forge or KotlinLangForge instead. Files are published for Fabric and NeoForge across 16 release versions, 1.21.1 – 26.3, and the latest builds, 2.0.3, target 26.3 and were released on 2026-06-16. Snapshot builds are published as well. The server and every player need the mod installed. The code is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, which places it in the public domain and makes it open source.
