Uniful
by LopyLuna
Uniful is a NeoForge utility mod that unifies metal-related materials across mods, so that one ingot, nugget or ore replaces the duplicates that different mods add.
What it does
Several mods often add their own version of the same material, such as a steel ingot, and Uniful merges these duplicates into a single unified item. Metal-type items such as ingots, nuggets, gears, plates, wires, rods, dusts and storage blocks are in scope, and ore blocks are reduced to a single uniform variant. Recipes, entities and world generation are intercepted, so a converted item such as mekanism:tin ore becomes unify:tin ore wherever it would appear.
The result is a cleaner experience with fewer redundant materials in the inventory, recipe book and world. Uniful is published for NeoForge on 1.21.1 only, with the 1.0a file dated 2025-07-15. It runs on the client and the server, so both need the mod, and the code is not open source; the source and issue tracker are public, but the license is All rights reserved.
Key features
Material unification
Duplicate ingots, nuggets, gears, plates, wires, rods, dusts and storage blocks from different mods are replaced by one consistent item.
Ore consolidation
Ores of the same metal are blocked into a single consistent version, so world generation shows one ore per metal.
Recipe and entity interception
Item usage in recipes and entities is redirected to the unified material, so crafting follows the same version.
Conversion of mod-specific items
Items such as mekanism:tin ore are converted to unify:tin ore, which keeps the item set tidy without removing the originals.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Players who use many material mods and want one set of metals instead of several competing versions. Server owners who run a large modpack with overlapping ingots and ores can use it to keep the materials consistent.
