Twelvefold Booter
Twelvefold Booter is a Forge library for applying toggle-able mixins to classes loaded both early and late, including Vanilla and Forge classes.
What it does
The library lets other mods enqueue mixins that run during early or late class loading, so a mod can modify Vanilla and Forge classes through its own mixin configuration. Each enqueued mixin can be enabled or disabled before it is applied, using a Supplier that gives the developer control over the decision. Optional mixins are supported, so a mod can ship a mixin that is only applied when the condition for it is met.
Twelvefold Booter is required by Twelvefold Better Combat, which is the only other catalog mod listed as depending on it. Its functions serve testing and tweaking: a developer can keep other enqueued mixins from applying, which makes it easier to isolate a problem. The mod is published for Forge under the MIT License, with the source code and an issue tracker available.
Key features
Early and late mixins
Mixins can be applied to classes loaded both early and late, covering the classes that mods usually need to change.
Enable or disable before application
Each enqueued mixin can be switched on or off through a Supplier before it is applied to the game.
Optional mixins
A mixin can be marked optional, so it is applied only when its conditions are met.
Isolated testing
Other enqueued mixins can be disallowed from applying, which helps when tweaking a single mixin.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
Only full game releases are shown. This mod publishes no snapshot builds.

Use cases
Modding Vanilla and Forge classes
A mod developer can enqueue mixins that change Vanilla or Forge classes without writing the loading code by hand.
Testing mixin conflicts
A developer can disable other enqueued mixins to check whether a problem comes from one specific change.
Who it’s for: The mod is for mod developers who write mixins for Forge 1.12.2 and want early and late class loading in one place. Players do not need to interact with it directly.
How it compares
FermiumBooter is a Forge mixin utility for 1.12.2 under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 or later, and it is open source. MixinConBooter covers 1.6.1 – 1.12.2 under the MIT License, so it reaches older game versions than this mod. MixinBooter is client and server, under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 only, for 1.8 – 1.12.2.

What the author says
In your IFMLLoadingPlugin init, instead of Mixins.addConfiguration("mixinConfigName"), use TwelvefoldRegistryAPI.enqueueEarlyMixin("mixinConfigName"). If you are registering it as a late-loaded mixin use annotation @LateMixinLoader("mixinConfigName").When enqueueing a late mixin, coremod is not required. That is all…
