Toggleable Clouds lets players switch the sky's clouds off with a hotkey, for a clearer view of the sky.

What it does

The mod adds a hotkey that turns the clouds off and back on during play. The key can be changed in the vanilla key binds settings. It is a client-side only Fabric mod, so only the player needs it and servers run without it. Builds exist for Fabric across 19 release versions, 1.20.4 – 26.2, and it is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v3.0 only, which makes it open source.

Key features

  1. Cloud hotkey

    A keybinding hides the clouds while held or toggled, depending on how the key is set up.

  2. Vanilla key binds

    Key binding for the cloud toggle sits in the vanilla controls screen, so no extra settings menu has to be opened.

  3. Clouds off

    When toggled off, the clouds are removed from the sky until the hotkey is pressed again.
