TMWIN

by ryan100c

TMWIN, short for TellMeWhatINeed, is a Fabric helper for players who build from Litematica schematics and need to gather resources.

FabricClient-side onlyCreative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.01.20.2 – 1.21.4

What it does

Once a Litematica projection is loaded in the game, TMWIN reads the schematic placements that fall within render distance and works out the blocks still needed. It then presents the total in the crafting table screen, so the player can gather resources without switching between windows. A breakdown step reduces each item to its base materials.

The mod depends on Litematica and requires it to be installed. It is client-side only, so only the player's client needs the mod and a server can run without it. Files exist for Fabric across 10 release versions, 1.20.2 – 1.21.4, and the latest Fabric file is 1.0.0+mc1.21 for 1.21.2. The mod is released under the Creative Commons Attribution Non Commercial Share Alike 4.0 license and is not open source, though its source code and issue tracker are public.

Key features

  1. Material list in the crafting table

Opening a crafting table shows the materials needed for the loaded projection in the same interface.

  2. Automatic projection reading

The mod scans Litematica schematic placements inside the render distance and updates the list as the area changes.

  3. Material breakdown

Each required item is broken down into its base materials, so gathering targets are clear.

  4. Projection loading in game

Litematica projections can be loaded in the game and used as the source for the material list.
