Tiny Mob Farm Remastered
Tiny Mob Farm Remastered lets players capture a mob with a lasso, insert it into a single-block mob farm and collect generated loot over time.
What it does
Each mob farm is one block in size, which keeps mob farming compact. A player captures a mob with a lasso and places it into the farm, and the farm then produces that mob's loot at a steady rate. Farms come in tiers, starting with the Wooden Mob Farm, which is the lowest and slowest, and continuing through the Stone Mob Farm and further tiers that work faster.
Farm output is pushed into adjacent chests, and a chest placed under a farm catches drops so they are not spat out onto the ground. A farm can be powered off with a redstone signal, so it stops when the player needs it to. Servers that run it need every player to install it too. Files are published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, with builds covering 1.20.1 – 26.2 across 14 release versions.
Installation needs Architectury API, Knot, SuperMartijn642's Config Lib, UI Lib and YAML Config. The code is released under the Apache License 2.0, and the project is open source with public links to its source code, issue tracker and wiki. It was first published on 2024-03-13 and last updated on 2026-07-30.
Key features
Single-block mob farms
Each farm fits in one block, so mob farming takes less space and is simpler to build.
Lasso capture
A player captures a mob with a lasso and inserts it into a farm to start loot generation.
Farm tiers
The Wooden Mob Farm is the slowest tier, and higher tiers such as the Stone Mob Farm produce loot faster.
Chest output
Loot goes into adjacent chests, and a chest under the farm keeps drops from spilling out.
Redstone control
A redstone signal turns a mob farm off, letting players pause loot production at will.
