UPDATEd Timber (Server Side)

Breaking one log of a tree removes the whole tree, including branches, with the trunk and leaves handled in one pass. The feature works on vanilla trees, and logs from modded blocks listed in the Logs block tag are included as well. Players can switch between a one-log mode and a full-tree mode by right-clicking, and the axe loses durability for each block it removes. Leaves are notified so they decay faster once the tree is gone.

The server owner can enable or disable the timber behavior for players and can set a new default gamerule that controls it. A few new commands are added for administration. Only the server needs the mod installed, so players join without installing anything, and the mod can be added to an existing world. Its author recommends backing up worlds before installing any mod.

The mod is published for Fabric and Quilt across three game versions, 1.19.3, 1.20.1 and 26.3, with 2.1.0+26.3 as the latest file for each loader. It is open source under the MIT License and the source code and issue tracker are public.
