The SauceLand Mod

by BombsJohnGamng

SauceLand is a food-themed economy mod in which sauces, tokens and currency items are added to the game for players to collect and trade.

FabricNeoForgeClient and serverMIT License1.20.1 – 1.21.10

What it does

The mod's content centers on in-game currency and food items. Tomato tokens, carrot credits and related items can be earned and spent, and a set of foods adds named dishes such as tacos and pizzas to the crafting and eating mechanics. Every item and effect is part of the same themed set, so the economy and food systems run together rather than as separate add-ons.

SauceLand works on both client and server, so a multiplayer server and every player who joins need the mod installed for the currency and food items to function. Builds exist for Fabric and NeoForge across 16 release versions. Fabric files date from 2024-07-21 and the newest NeoForge file is 2.1.1 for 1.21.10, published 2025-11-15. The mod is released under the MIT License and is not open source.

Key features

  1. Token and credit currency

Tomato tokens and carrot credits act as currency that players earn and spend in place of ordinary items.

  2. Themed foods

Named dishes such as the Wogo Taco and Frogge's Pizza join the food items, each with its own recipe.

  3. Brensanitizer effect

A Brensanitizer effect is available as a status effect that changes how players interact with the economy items.

  4. Wonderful community theme

The mod is themed around a community of sauce-related characters and items that tie the currency and food together.

Use cases

Economy servers

Server owners running an economy or shop game mode can use the token and credit items as a shared medium of exchange.

Food-focused survival

Players who want a food progression can craft the themed dishes for healing and for use as trade goods.

Who it’s for: The mod suits players and server owners who want a currency and food theme layered over Fabric or NeoForge survival and economy play, across the supported builds.
