The Bumblezone - Fabric
Players who enter the Bumblezone find a bee dimension with new bee blocks, structures and armor, and bees turn hostile when their honey is taken.
What it does
The Bumblezone adds a dimension built to look like the inside of a bee nest, with rows of giant walls and canals of water between them. Other areas include a pollen-covered section and a canyon of massive honey-based crystals. Many new bee-related blocks and a unique bee armor are added, and some structures hold a Throne-Locating Honey Compass that points toward a Bee Queen. The advancements tab explains how to enter the dimension.
Taking honey is what sets the bees off. Mining vanilla's Honey Block, removing honey from a Honeycomb Brood Block, or hitting a bee gives nearby bees strong buffs and the Wrath of the Hive effect. Feeding bees or a brood block with honey foods can calm them and grants the Protection of the Hive effect, which makes bees defend the player. The config can weaken or strengthen the bees.
The mod runs on Fabric, Forge and Quilt, with builds across 16 release versions, 1.16.5 – 1.21.1. Fabric API, MidnightLib, Quilted Fabric API (QFAPI) or Quilt Standard Libraries (QSL), and Resourceful Lib are required, and Better Advancements is optional. Both the server and every player need the mod, and it is released under All rights reserved, so the code is not open source.
