TagFoods
by bloxgate
TagFoods lets food items be recognized by tags, so search tools such as JEI can find them by tag.
What it does
The mod applies tag edible items to food, including foods such as cakes that vanilla does not tag correctly. It attempts to add the food tag to food items it detects in the game. Client and server both need the mod so the tags show correctly on each side. Kotlin for Forge is required, and Just Enough Items (JEI) is optional but recommended, since tag search in JEI is what makes the mod useful. Files are published for Forge on 1.18, 1.18.2 and 1.20.1, with 1.3.0 for 1.20.1 as the latest file. The code is open source under the BSD 3-Clause License.
