Simple Voice Chat Player Names shows the names of players who are speaking in a Simple Voice Chat group, so a group call can be followed without guessing who is talking.

What it does

While a player is talking in a Simple Voice Chat group, an overlay lists the names of the speakers. Keeping track of who is speaking is simpler in multiplayer sessions and in large group calls with many participants. The mod requires Cristel Lib to run.

Only the client needs the mod, so players install it and servers do not. Builds are published for Fabric, NeoForge and Quilt across the 1.21.7 – 26.2 range, with the latest files for 26.2 dated 2026-07-17. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source, though its source code is public.
