Stamina Meter

Stamina Meter caps how long a player can sprint, so a chase or a long run drains a limited supply.
What it does
Sprinting uses a stamina pool with a maximum of 100 ticks, which is five seconds of runtime. Once the pool runs out, the player has to wait before sprinting again. The pool refills at the same rate it drains after the player stops, so a short sprint recovers quickly while a long one leaves a longer wait. Installing it on a Fabric, Forge or Quilt server is enough to apply the limit to every player; clients may leave it out.
Server owners set the maximum through a scoreboard value in a data pack config, so the limit can be changed without editing the mod. The mod is published for 1.14 – 1.20.5 and is available as a data pack. The server must run it, while players may add it, and the mod is not open source.

This Datapack adds a limit to sprinting in minecraft, making avoiding enemies harder. You have a 10 second limit to sprinting, which goes back up at the same rate when you stop after one second, if you continue to sprint yourself to exhaustion you will also have to wait slightly longer to be allowed to sprint again…
