Sorted adds one-click inventory and chest sorting, plus a Quick Stack action that moves matching items into nearby chests, to inventory and chest screens.
What it does
Sorted sorts an open chest or the player inventory into groups of items that belong together, so searching for stored items takes less time. Clicking the sort button with a modifier key picks the layout: Shift+Click lays items out in columns, Ctrl+Click in rows, and Alt+Click compacts stacks with grouping. The chest keeps the layout chosen last, and a settings screen lets each player choose what a plain click does.
Quick Stack takes items from the inventory and places them into nearby chests that already hold the same material, so raw iron goes into a chest with iron. Quick Fill tops up partial stacks in the inventory from nearby chests, and Pull takes an entire chest's contents. Sorted runs on the client, so it works on vanilla servers and in Realms. Fabric API and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) are required, and Mod Menu is optional. Files are published for Fabric and NeoForge across 11 release versions, 1.21 – 26.3, with 0.1.27+26.3 for 26.3 as the latest file. The mod is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
