Small Stairs Updated
by pitan76
Small Stairs Updated adds one-third-size stairs that take up little room, for tight corners, shelves and decorative detail.
What it does
Stairs at one-third of a full block's size let builders fit steps into narrow spaces without giving up a walkable slope. The mod is a rework of Sayo's SmallStairs125 mod and carries its design forward. Fabric API and MCPitanLib are required, and the server and every player need the mod, since the environment is client and server. Builds cover 1.17 – 26.2 on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and the code is open source under the MIT License.
Key features
One-third size stairs
Each stair block is one-third the size of a full block, so steps fit into narrow gaps and small spaces.
Smooth placement
The stairs can be placed and moved smoothly once they are obtained from mining or crafting.
Decorative detail
Small steps add finer detail to rooms, shelves and builds where full-size stairs would dominate.
