Players who want cardboard items in Minecraft can craft the whole set with skeep's Cardboard Mod, which adds blocks, tools, phones and a magical variant of each item.

What it does

Cardboard comes from a Magician's Box structure, where cards are found, or from crafting boards made from logs. Cardboard items cover a block, sticks, a sword, a phone and a steak, and the mod adds a Cardboard Money currency earned by clicking through the phone. A recipe for cardboard blocks uses nine cardboard, and the sticks come from two cardboard each.

The mod adds two magical processes: the Un-Magicifier, which turns magical items back into normal ones with redstone in the middle slot, and the Magic Spark, which upgrades a normal item into a magical version in a smithing table. The author describes the list of items as no longer expanded.

The mod is published for Forge and NeoForge, with files for 1.20.1, 1.20.6 and 1.21.1, and it is licensed as All rights reserved, so the code is not open source. The server and every player need the mod installed. The latest Forge file is 2.4 for 1.20.1, and the latest NeoForge file is 2.6 for 1.21.1.
