Simple Text To Speech lets a player hear chat and text read aloud on the client, using a robotic voice generated by eSpeak-NG.

What it does

Text is turned into speech with the eSpeak-NG engine, which produces a deliberately robotic voice. Speech plays through the Simple Voice Chat integration, so voices reach the player's microphone channel rather than a separate audio output. The mod runs on Fabric, requires Fabric API and Simple Voice Chat, and lists Mod Menu as optional. Only the client needs it, so servers run without it. Files are published for 1.21.9 and 1.21.10, with 1.1.0 for 1.21.10 as the latest file under the alpha channel, and the code is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.
