/SetHome for Fabric gives players home points they set with a command, and lets them teleport to those homes or request teleports from other players.

What it does

Players set a home at their current position, then return to it with a command that teleports them there. The same command set also covers teleport requests between players and a request that brings another player to the requester, along with random teleports to a random location in the world. Built on Fabric API, the mod is server-side only, so only the server needs to run it and players join without installing anything. Its files target the single game version 26.1.2, released as 1.0.0 on 2026-05-30, and the author has said older versions are coming soon.

This is litteraly just a /sethome with /tpa and /rtp commands, all server side! You can do /serthome to make a home, /home to tp to the home you made, /tpa to request to teleport to another player, /tpahere to teleport a player to the location you are standing, an then /rtp to randomly teleport to a random location…
