ServerPoints
by raderth
ServerPoints lets players save named waypoints on a Fabric server and share them with everyone, with navigation and cross-dimension translation built in.
What it does
Waypoints are stored on the server, so one saved location is visible to every player who uses it, and a single command creates a waypoint at the current position under a chosen name. Nether and Overworld waypoints are shown in different text colors, and when a player moves between dimensions the coordinates are translated automatically, so a base in the Nether maps to its Overworld position.
Players navigate to a saved point by starting a route to it, which brings up a boss bar with the direction and the real-time distance. Waypoints can also be sent as clickable chat messages, and other players can click them to navigate or copy the point into their own list. Fabric API is required. Only the server or host needs the mod, since it is server-side only; players join without installing anything.
Key features
Shared server waypoints
Every waypoint is stored on the server, so all players see the same saved locations without any client installation.
Clickable chat sharing
A waypoint can be posted to chat as a message with a navigate button, and recipients can copy it into their own lists.
Cross-dimension translation
Coordinates convert between the Nether and the Overworld, so a point saved in one dimension lines up with the other.
Boss bar navigation
Starting a route shows a boss bar with the direction and live distance to the chosen waypoint.
Waypoint list display
The list shows waypoints as buttons to navigate or delete, and by default five are shown once twenty are stored, a limit that is configurable.

Use cases
Who it’s for: Server owners who run a multiplayer world and want shared points of interest without installing anything on player machines. Groups that split work across the Overworld and the Nether benefit from the automatic coordinate translation.
How it compares
Waypoint Manager is the other server-side only option here, released under the MIT License and open source, with files for 26.1.2 alone. Xaero PointShare is client-side only, open source under the MIT License and published for 1.21.11 – 26.2, so it needs installing on each player's machine. Chat Waypoint is also client-side only, under the MIT License but not open source, with files for 1.21 – 26.3.
