Server Chat Heads UPDATED lets server players show their player head in chat through placeholders, and it is a server-side Fabric build for 1.21.11.
What it does
Chat messages can include a player head by way of placeholders that the server resolves before the text reaches other players. Players do not need the mod on their own game to see the heads, since the server does the rendering. The mod is a fork of an earlier Fabric port, maintained by random_revilo for newer game versions.
The mod needs Polymer, which supplies the resource handling it depends on, and runs only on Fabric. The source code is released under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only and is open source, and an issue tracker is available for bug reports. Latest Fabric file 2.0 for 1.21.11 was published on 2026-02-08, the same day as the first release.
