Searchify puts a search box above chest-like containers, so matching item slots light up as the player types a name.
What it does
The search box sits at the top of a container screen and is styled to match the vanilla interface and its fonts. As text is typed, slots holding a matching item are highlighted at once. Highlights appear only inside the container the player is looking at, and the player's own inventory below is left alone. Chests, double chests, ender chests, shulker boxes, copper chests in any oxidation stage, whether waxed or not, and chest boats are all covered, along with other chest-like containers.
Searchify is a Fabric mod for 26.2 only. It is client-side only, so the server does not need it and servers without it still show the search box to players who have it installed. Because highlights are drawn locally, other players on a server do not see them. The mod changes only the user interface and does not alter gameplay. The license is All rights reserved, and the mod is not open source.
