SEAM is a Fabric horror mod with a psychological storyline that tracks the player's actions across saves.

What it does

Its hidden AI Director monitors what the player does, including blocks broken, sleep schedules, time spent in comfort zones, and reacts by scaling anomalies, whispers and visual distortions. The pacing adapts to each playstyle. Client and server both need it, and builds exist for 1.20.1 – 1.20.6 under All rights reserved, which means the code is not open source.
