Score Migrator

Score Migrator carries a player's scoreboard objective scores over when the player changes their name, detected at login.
What it does
When a player logs in under a new name, the mod moves that player's scores on each scoreboard objective from the old name to the new one, so the score is not lost. The conversion runs quickly at login and is matched by exact name, including letter case, which matters for scoreboards that track players closely. Because the mod is server-side only, players join without installing anything, and only the server needs the Fabric loader. Score Migrator is published for Fabric across 31 release versions, 1.18 – 26.2, and its code is open source under the MIT License.
