Saros Worldborder Customizer
by Sarocesch
Saros Worldborder Customizer changes how the Minecraft world border looks, letting server admins and singleplayer users set its color, opacity and pulse effects.
What it does
Saros Worldborder Customizer lets the world border be recolored with RGB values from 0 to 255 per channel, so a border can be set to orange (255 128 0) or any other shade. Opacity can be adjusted to make it more or less transparent, a custom warning color can be chosen, and an animated pulse effect can be turned on. A single command makes the border completely invisible, and the same command restores it.
Settings apply instantly on singleplayer and multiplayer saves and are saved automatically. On a server, the values are synced in real time to every connected player, so the border looks the same for everyone and stays that way after a restart. The mod is published for Fabric, Forge and NeoForge, and it requires the client and server, so both sides need it. Files cover 1.20.1 – 26.3 across 12 release versions, with the latest Fabric file 1.0.2 for 26.2, the latest Forge file 1.0.4-forge-26.3 for 26.3, and the latest NeoForge file 1.0.3 for 26.3. The code is not open source and is released under All rights reserved.

How it compares
No Border works on Fabric, Forge and NeoForge like this mod, but its versions run 1.20.1 – 26.2 and it is licensed under the BSD 2-Clause License. Border Remover is a Fabric-only mod for 1.20.1 under the MIT License, so it covers a much narrower set of loaders and versions. Both are client and server mods, the same environment as Saros Worldborder Customizer.
