Create: Steel armor blocks adds steel armor blocks that resist cannon shots fired from Create Big Cannons, in steps, plates and sixteen colors.
What it does
The mod adds two kinds of armor, steps and plates, each in sixteen color variations. Light steel suits structural parts that do not need protection, such as a ship's bow. Plain steel serves responsible parts of a structure, or a layer added over tougher blocks. A double steel block, made of two plates together, is aimed at armor-piercing and high-explosive projectiles. The hard armor block is three layers thick and is the most resistant option in the set.
The blocks counter projectiles from Create Big Cannons, which is a required dependency, so that mod must be installed alongside it. Create: The Factory Must Grow is optional. Installed builds target Forge and NeoForge for 1.20.1 – 1.21.1, and the mod runs on client and server, so both the server and every player need it. The license is All rights reserved, and the code is not open source. At the moment no crafting recipes are included, so blocks are obtained through other means. The mod suits players building tanks and ships.
