Rocks and Pebbles
by jacobxny
Rocks and Pebbles brings naturally spawning rocks and pebbles into the world, with six types whose mix changes from one biome to the next.
What it does
Six types of rock and pebble generate in the open world, so terrain that was once plain stone gains more variety. Rocks and pebbles are most common along riverbeds and shores, where they mix sandstone with other stones. Deserts hold fewer stone rocks underground and more sandstone, beaches carry several rock types blended with sandstone, and Badlands favor red sandstone over stony rocks. Elsewhere in the world the rocks follow a mix that includes stone and andesite.
Players may set rocks and pebbles over water to form stepping stones they can walk across. The blocks come with a small animation. The mod requires Fabric API. It runs on Fabric, and both the server and every player need it. Files cover 12 release versions, and the code is under the MIT License, though the project is not open source.
