What it does

Replace Text intercepts chat messages on the client and replaces the words it matches before they are displayed. The matching and the replacement list are set up through a file the player edits, so the behavior can be adjusted without a restart of the game's mod loader. The mod works on Fabric and Quilt for Minecraft 1.20 and 1.20.1, with files for 1.20.1 as the most recent release. Fabric API, or Quilted Fabric API with Quilt Standard Libraries, is listed as an optional dependency, and the mod needs one of them to run correctly.

Key features

  1. Chat text replacement

    Messages sent into chat have their matching words replaced before they appear on screen.

  2. Typo and profanity filtering
