Redstone overpower
by HearthianDev
Redstone Overpower adds logic gate blocks, chain and slime-style stick blocks, and sound-frequency elements to redstone circuits on Fabric.
What it does
The mod gives redstone contraptions a new level of complexity through a configurable logic gate block with two inputs and one output. Its gate mode can be set to XOR, NAND, NOR or NXOR. A related block only pushes items and never pulls anything from its surroundings, and a block with a single inventory slot holds one item at a time, toggled to allow filtering of stackable items. Series redstone elements such as ducts and gates allow some optimisation in larger builds, and the author lists further additions as planned.
Stick blocks on the sides of a chain block make compact slime and honey redstone contraptions possible. The sound-frequency part reads note triggers and detects specific frequencies, calibrated with sculk sensors, which makes wireless redstone simpler to set up and lets players automate frequency generation. Echo shards are easier to obtain through some recipes introduced with the new blocks, and more recipes are expected.
Redstone Overpower is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only and runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. Files are published for Fabric only, with the latest build 0.1.1-26.3 for 26.3, released on 2026-09-16 on the beta channel. Game versions covered run 1.21 – 26.3, with files for 1.21, 1.21.11, 26.1, 26.2 and 26.3.
Key features
Configurable logic gate
A two-input, one-output gate block that can be set to XOR, NAND, NOR or NXOR.
One-way item block
A block that only pushes items out and never pulls anything from neighbouring inventories.
Single-slot filter block
A block with one inventory slot that can be toggled to filter stackable items.
Sound frequency detection
Note triggers emit a set frequency that calibrated sculk sensors detect, simplifying wireless redstone.

How it compares
Turing Complete is open source under the MIT License, runs on client and server, and is published for Fabric 1.21. RedTooth is not open source, is released under CC0 1.0 Universal, and is server required with client optional, for Fabric 1.21.6 – 1.21.7. Redstone Frequencies is open source under the MIT License, client and server, and covers Fabric 1.21.8 – 1.21.9, so it targets a narrower frequency-focused set of features.

What the author says
Adds a series of redstone elements that allows some optimisation like logical gates, ducts and a lot more of future additions we are currently building. It allows to stick blocks to the sides of a chain block, allowing more complact slime/honey redstone contraptions.
