Random Effects
by BaGaJa
Random Effects gives a player a new random effect on a timer, and the timer and effect durations are set through a command.
What it does
Players choose a timer length, and when the timer runs out the player receives a new random effect for its own duration. A one-minute selection can grant a speed effect that lasts 10 seconds, 55 seconds or 60 seconds. Once the timer finishes, the next random effect is applied automatically, so the cycle continues without any input.
The mod runs on the server only, so players join without installing it. It is published for Forge, with release versions covering 1.20.4 – 1.21.11, and the latest Forge file is 1.0.8 for 1.21.11. The mod is not open source, and all rights are reserved.

What the author says
Timer Mode: You can select a timer and every 5 minutes for example you will get a new random effect that has its own duration. So you can select every 1 minute a new effect, and can get speed for 10 seconds or 55 seconds and when 60 seconds are over, you will automatically get a new random effect.
