Radar, the weather radar mod by Hezi, adds one new radar mode that reads data from ProtoManly's Weather.
What it does
PMW Radar Overhaul! adds a radar mode that uses the correlation coefficient to show debris and mixed precipitation alongside rain. A lightning detection option is included in the same mode. The mod is installed on the client only, so players alone need it and servers can run without it. It requires ProtoManly's Weather and is published for NeoForge on 1.21.1, under the MIT License. The mod is not open source.
Key features
Correlation coefficient mode
Adds a radar view that displays the correlation coefficient, which separates debris from rain and mixed precipitation.
Lightning detection
The correlation coefficient mode also marks where lightning is detected within the radar picture.
Debris signatures
Debris balls appear on the radar only inside the strongest tornadoes, so such returns are rare.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
