QUIPT
by QuickScythe1
QUIPT, the Quick's Universal Integrated Plugin Toolkit, is a Fabric library that gives server owners and developers a set of shared tools for plugins and integrations.
What it does
The project aims to provide a handful of tools that plugin authors and server operators can use together. It runs on the server side and is meant for both server owners and developers, with integration layers that connect Paper and Fabric setups. Either the player or the server can install it, and both may leave it out.
The toolkit bundles an embedded HTTP server with Jetty-based callbacks and resources. Resource pack auto-updates can be pushed through webhooks, and developer APIs cover events, registries, messaging, placeholders, ephemeral advancements and configuration. Reference material is available in the configuration reference and developer guide, with quick links to related pages. Builds exist for Fabric across 103 release versions, 1.0 – 26.3, and the license is All rights reserved, so the code is not open source.
Key features
Embedded HTTP server
An embedded Jetty server exposes callbacks and resources that other tools on the server can call.
Resource pack auto-updates
Resource packs can be updated automatically when a webhook signals a new version.
Developer APIs
Events, registries, messaging, placeholders and ephemeral advancements are available as APIs for other mods and plugins.
Configuration and guides
A configuration reference, a developer guide and quick links document how the toolkit is set up and extended.

Use cases
Server integration
Server owners connect Paper and Fabric layers so plugin-driven features work alongside Fabric mods.
Pack distribution
A server can push new resource pack versions to players through webhooks, without a manual reinstall.
Who it’s for: The toolkit is aimed at server owners who run plugin and mod stacks, and at developers who build on its events, registries and messaging APIs.
How it compares
ResourcePackNoUpload is also a Fabric mod, open source under the MIT License and published for 1.8.8 – 1.21.8, and it covers resource pack handling without the wider API set. Text Placeholder API Extras is server-side only, open source under the MIT License and built for 1.21.1 – 1.21.9, so it covers placeholders alone. QUIPT is a Fabric library not open source, with files for 1.0 – 26.3.
