QDWarp
by exaptations
QDWarp lets a server owner save named warp points and send players to them with simple commands, storing each warp in a readable file inside the world save.
What it does
Warps are created where the player is standing, given a name, and can be used by any player with the permission to teleport. Position and rotation can be kept exact or rounded: a warp can snap to the block corner or the center of the block the player stands in, and the facing can be kept or rounded to multiples of 45 degrees or to a cardinal direction. The Y coordinate is always kept as entered.
Warps are saved to a warps.ini file inside the world save, which can be read and edited by hand. A warp can also send a player to a point in another dimension, and command suggestions complete warp names. Because warps can replace hardcoded execute and tp commands in command blocks, the mod suits server setups that rely on fixed teleport points, such as a nether test area.
The mod is server-side only, so players join without installing it. It is released under the CC0 1.0 Universal license, which places the work in the public domain, and the source code and issue tracker are public. Files are published for Fabric and Quilt, with 1.4 for 1.20.1 as the latest build, and game versions 1.19 – 1.20.1 are covered.
Key features
Exact or rounded positions
A warp can keep the exact spot where it was set, or snap to a block corner or block center.
Exact or rounded rotation
The facing of a warp can be kept as is, rounded to 45-degree steps, or rounded to a cardinal direction.
Readable warp storage
Warps are stored in a warps.ini file inside the world save, so they can be read and edited directly.
Cross-dimension warps
A warp can send a player to a location in another dimension, such as the nether.
Full name suggestions
Command suggestions complete warp names leniently, so long names are quick to type.
Warps for command blocks
Named warps can replace hardcoded teleport commands in command blocks, which are harder to maintain.
Compatibility
Latest build for each game version and loader.
Only full game releases are shown. This mod publishes no snapshot builds.
How it compares
MiniTeleport is a server-side Fabric mod under the MIT License, covering 1.18.2 – 1.21.11, so it reaches later game versions than QDWarp. WarpSpeed is also server-side and open source under the Mozilla Public License 2.0, but it only covers 1.21.9 – 1.21.10. Warp-Mod is server-side on Fabric under CC0 1.0 Universal, the same license as QDWarp, but only for 1.21.5.

What the author says
A really simple warps mod for Fabric/Quilt servers, originally created for (but not during) ModFest: Singularity. Warps are stored in an easily readable and editable warps.ini file inside of the world save. Teleport to the warp named name, even if it's in another dimension.
