Poketyped Origins (Standalone)

Poketyped Origins is a Fabric adventure add-on that gives each player a Pokémon type as an origin, with 18 type origins and 19 more in a separate set.
What it does
Each origin ties a player to one Pokémon type, and the mod's type powers use Cobblemon entities as their target. Players begin with the Poketyped origin, which has no abilities of its own and can evolve into a type origin through a method described in the mod's own text. Origins is required for the origin system, and Apugli and Pehkui are also required on the 1.20 builds. Cobblemon is optional, but the type powers are built around its creatures, and the mod's notes say the origins were tuned to blend in with it.
The mod is published for Fabric across 1.20, 1.20.1, 1.21 and 1.21.1, with 1.2.0 for 1.21.1 as the latest file. The server and every player need the mod installed. It is released under the MIT License and is open source, with public source code and an issue tracker. English and French are supported, and the mod was first published on 2024-05-12.

Type origins
Each origin grants one Pokémon type's power, and the set spans 18 types in the base origin list.
Giga Drain ability
A 30-second cooldown ability drains health from nearby seeded entities and heals the player, while both targets stay slowed during the effect.
Type-based weaknesses
Players with a type origin are immune to the strengths and weaknesses that type would normally have, and to the matching status effects.
Sunlight and fire traits
Some origins grow stronger and faster in sunlight, gain stronger regeneration, or become immune to fire damage and reload flamethrower fuel faster while standing in fire or lava.
