PlayerRevive
by creativemd
Players who die in PlayerRevive can be brought back by a friend within 60 seconds, which softens hardcore-style difficulty on shared worlds.
What it does
When a player dies, a teammate has a 60-second window to revive them rather than the death being final. The mod is aimed at hardcore play where one mistake would otherwise end a run, especially for groups playing together. It requires CreativeCore, is released under the GNU Lesser General Public License v2.1 only, and is open source. A server running it needs every connecting player to have it too. Forge and NeoForge builds cover 1.18.2 – 26.3.
Key features
Timed revive window
A downed player can be revived by another player within 60 seconds after death.
Shared survival
The mechanic keeps a single mistake from ending the run for the whole group.
Optional visuals
EnhancedVisuals is recommended as an addon for a more immersive presentation of the revive mechanic.
