Player Lookup is a client-side Fabric utility that tracks the health and ping of selected players in the tablist and on a HUD overlay.

What it does

The mod is built for competitive PVP servers, where a player wants to watch the health of chosen opponents or teammates. Tracked players are shown with their health in the tablist, and their ping can be shown there as well. Tracking is turned on and off with the keybind Shift + L, and the tracking HUD can be toggled from the same controls.

Tracked players are cleared when they join, so a fresh session starts without stale entries. The location and size of the tracking HUD can be edited. Player Lookup needs Fabric API on Fabric. It is released under the Apache License 2.0 and is open source, with its source code published. Files exist for 1.21.11 only, and the 1.0.0 build was published on 2026-03-22.

    Selected players are listed in the tablist with their current health, which only applies while the tablist is shown.

    The ping of tracked players can be displayed in the tablist next to their names.
