Player HP Display

by wikaczekk

Player HP Display shows a player's nickname and health bar on screen when the crosshair rests on that player, so their status can be read without a command.

FabricClient-side onlyAll rights reserved1.21 – 1.21.11

What it does

Looking at another player brings up a small panel above the crosshair that shows the player's nickname, a health bar drawn with hearts, and the current HP value. The panel appears automatically and disappears when the view moves away, so no chat command or menu is needed to check someone's health during a fight or a trade.

The mod is a client mod: only the player who installs it sees the panel, and servers run without it. It requires Fabric API on the Fabric loader and is published for 1.21 – 1.21.11, with files for each release up to 1.21.11. The latest Fabric file is 1.21.X for 1.21.11, released on 2026-03-26. Snapshot builds are not published.

Key features

  1. Nickname display

The nickname of the player under the crosshair appears in a compact panel on the screen.

  2. Heart-based health bar

Health is drawn as a row of hearts with a numeric HP value, so the amount is readable at a glance.

  3. Automatic panel

The information appears as soon as the crosshair points at a player and needs no keypress or command.

  4. Lightweight interface

The panel is a simple, clean overlay that only shows the nickname and health of the targeted player.
