Pentamana is a Fabric library that adds a mana status to living entities, along with the hooks other mods use to calculate and display it.

What it does

Pentamana provides a mana API: entities that are not registered in the game gain a mana value, and other mods can hook into how that value is calculated and rendered. Commands for reading and changing mana require operator permission level 2 to run. The mod is server required and client optional, so the server must run it while players may leave it out. Fishbone Trehalose and YetAnotherConfigLib (YACL) are required, and Mod Menu is optional. The code is open source under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later.

Pentamana is built for mod developers who want a shared mana layer, and for server owners who need mana commands. Pentamana Extra requires it. Files target 26.1 – 26.1.2 on Fabric only.
