Peculiar Primordials
Peculiar Primordials adds four revivable prehistoric creatures to Forge worlds, on top of Unusual Prehistory and Geckolib.
What it does
Four new prehistoric creatures can be revived in the game: Neilpeartia, Blochius, Tapejara and Giganhinga. The author notes more creatures are planned. Unusual Prehistory supplies the base content this addon extends, and Geckolib must also be installed, since the mod needs its animation library. Client and server both need the mod, because the creatures and their behaviour are handled on both sides. The code is open source under the MIT License, and the Forge build covers 1.20.1.
Key features
Revivable dinosaurs
Four prehistoric species can be brought back, adding creatures to worlds that already use Unusual Prehistory.
Addon for Unusual Prehistory
The mod extends an existing prehistoric creature set rather than replacing it.
Planned additions
The author describes further prehistoric creatures as planned for later releases.
