Outer Glow lets a player see the outer layer of nearby players, such as the hat, drawn as an outline around their head.

What it does

When the hat outer layer is enabled on a player, Outer Glow draws that layer as an outline, so it stays visible in the game even when it blends into the skin. The effect applies to players close to the viewer and is a client-side change only, so no server or other player needs it. Cloth Config API is required, and Mod Menu is optional for opening its settings from the game menu.
