Orc Invasion
Orc Invasion, a Forge and NeoForge mod, adds orcs, goblins and other raider factions that gradually take over the world.
What it does
Orc Invasion adds a number of orcs, goblins and smart non-player characters that act with a shared purpose. Monsters occupy natural spawns in the world, so the horde is not summoned through an event. The mod describes its enemies as an organized, relentless force that grows more advanced the longer a player holds out, until ordinary vanilla weapons no longer deal with it.
The Smiling Professor leads his own raider army of sword-wielding warriors, soldiers with flamethrowers and laser rifles, witches who mend their wounded with potions, and warlocks who fight with spells. Commanders and goblin raiders join the enemy roster, along with war machines built from scrap. Players fight alone against the horde, while the mod also includes allies to stand with.
The mod is available for Forge and NeoForge, with files for 1.20.1 and 1.21.1. The latest builds are for 1.21.1 on both loaders, published 2026-10-07. Orc Invasion runs on client and server, so the server and every player need it. It is released under All rights reserved and is not open source.
Key features
Native orc and goblin roster
Orcs, goblins and other unique enemies populate the world through natural spawns rather than scripted events.
Escalating horde
The horde becomes more advanced and more dangerous the longer a player survives, with its technology growing over time.
Smiling Professor's raiders
A faction of sword-wielding warriors, flamethrower soldiers, laser riflemen, witches and warlocks fights under one leader.
Shared hive mind
Orcs act through a single consciousness across the horde, so attacks come from many directions at once.

Orc Invasion turns your peaceful Minecraft world into a war zone. Heavily inspired by the brutal greenskins of Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer Fantasy — WAAAGH! energy, orc commanders, sneaky goblins, and ramshackle war machines — the mod is actively and constantly updated with more unique orcs, goblins and battle…
