OpenPaC BlueMap - Refreshed

by alexiokay

OpenPaC BlueMap - Refreshed is a NeoForge server mod that draws Open Parties and Claims land claims onto the BlueMap web map.

NeoForgeServer-side onlyMIT LicenseOpen source1.21.1

What it does

Claims made with Open Parties and Claims appear on the BlueMap web map without manual steps. The mod is an unofficial port and remapped fork of the original OpenPaC BlueMap, updated for Minecraft 1.21.1 on NeoForge. Its event system refreshes BlueMap whenever a player changes a claim, so the map stays current between map renders.

Per-player updates are applied incrementally, and markers are cached by player UUID, which keeps the map from being rebuilt in full. The release notes list fixes for ghost chunks, memory leaks and stale data, and removal of delays of around ten minutes in the earlier version. Since the mod runs only on the server, players join without installing anything and see the claims through the map.

Open Parties and Claims is required and must be installed beside this mod. The mod is server-side only, so only the server needs it. Its 1.2.1 file for 1.21.1 was published on 2025-09-13 under the MIT License, and the source code is public.

Key features

  1. Claim markers on BlueMap

Land claims from Open Parties and Claims are drawn as markers on the BlueMap web map.

  2. Automatic updates

The map refreshes when a claim is created, changed or removed, so the markers match the current claims.

  3. Incremental per-player updates

Only the changed data for each player is sent, and UUID-based marker caching avoids a full rebuild.

  4. Ghost chunk and stale data fixes

The fork addresses ghost chunks, memory leaks and stale map data that the original version left behind.
