NoF3Screen
by ModLabs
NoF3Screen lets a player hide the F3 debug overlay with a single keypress, so coordinates stay off the screen while streaming or recording.
What it does
The F3 debug screen shows the player's exact coordinates, which is a problem on multiplayer servers and during streams, where a stray glance can reveal a hidden base. NoF3Screen adds a toggle that switches the overlay off and on, and the default key is F3 itself. Pressing F6 hides or shows the overlay instantly, and that key can be changed in the controls.
The preference is saved between game sessions, so the overlay stays hidden the next time Minecraft starts. Settings can be changed from the Mod Menu screen when Mod Menu is installed, which also lets players enable or disable the toggle there. The mod works alongside the vanilla settings and leaves the F3 overlay itself unmodified. Cloth Config API is required, and Mod Menu is optional. The mod is published for Fabric only, for 1.21.4 and 1.21.5, under the GNU General Public License v3.0 only, and the code is open source.
