No Barrier Outline π«
by fnn
No Barrier Outline is a client-side Forge utility that hides the outline drawn around barrier blocks and other blocks chosen in a config list.
What it does
Barrier blocks normally draw a visible outline when a player aims at them, which can spoil the look of adventure maps, lobbies and cinematic scenes. The mod removes that outline for the blocks listed in its configuration, and the list accepts full block IDs from the Minecraft registry, such as minecraft:oak_planks, so any number of blocks can be added.
Settings cover whether the feature is enabled at all, and which game modes hide the outline. A single player can be set to keep the outline in any mode. Conditions that do not match leave the default white outline in place. Because the mod only changes rendering, it has no effect on gameplay or world data, and only the client needs it. Changes to the config take effect almost instantly during play, with no restart. The mod is available for Forge on 1.20.1 β 1.20.6, and it is not open source; it is released under All rights reserved.
