NiftyBlocks
by Shmeggels
NiftyBlocks adds a large city-building kit of blocks, vehicles, lighting, signs and an industry chain for Forge and NeoForge, and it is server-side only.
What it does
Among its blocks are full-spectrum dyed planks, bricks and concrete, plus exclusive types such as checkered tiles, vinyl siding, stucco and limestone, marble and slate stone sets, all with slabs, stairs and walls. A lighting group of more than 100 blocks covers classic wooden lamps, colored glow lamps, fluorescent fixtures and street lights. Decorative pieces include lawn flamingos and a 72-type road sign set, alongside street and digital signs.
Beyond decoration, the mod supplies a city kit with more than 400 traffic and street signs, over 200 asphalt blocks with road markings, traffic lights, cones and safety poles, and a Road Tool that lays whole roads. Over 100 vehicles, from cars and trucks to taxis, police cars and golf carts, can be driven and carry passengers. An industrial chain turns ore into metals and plates, runs power from coal, solar and wind sources, and moves goods by conveyor, while an in-game Nifty Book documents the system. Food and world generation are listed among its categories. NiftyBlocks requires no dependencies beyond its loader and is published for Forge and NeoForge.
