Nice Mobs Remastered
by NiceRon
Nice Mobs Remastered gives the mobs of a world new equipment, ten new creatures, three bosses and a late game dimension called the Astral Plane.
What it does
Mobs spawn in several rarities, and each rarity carries different loot and equipment, so a fight with the same kind of mob can differ from one encounter to the next. Randomised mob equipment is part of the same system. The added creatures include a spectral Boo, a skeleton from the End, a spiny hedgehog, a hermit crab, a ladybug, a nautilus, a penguin, a rat, a glowing redstone ghost and a snail, and Piglinauts and Pillagernauts also reach the End.
The three boss mobs are Amemasu, Celestial Watcher and Golden Guardian, and the Astral Plane is a dimension meant for late game play. More than 25 advancements track progress through the new content. Several features can be switched on or off by each player, so a player chooses whether to use them. Servers running PaperMC or a fork such as Purpur must set allow-non-player-entities-on-scoreboards to true in the Paper config files for everything to work properly.
Nice Mobs Remastered is a server-required mod: the server needs it, while players may add it. It is published for Fabric, Forge, NeoForge and Quilt, with a Data pack option, across nine release versions in 1.20 – 1.21.1. The code is under the GNU General Public License v3.0 or later and is open source.

What the author says
But if you are playing on a PaperMC Server (or a PaperMC Fork like Purpur) make sure to set allow-non-player-entities-on-scoreboards in your paper config files to true in order for everything to work properly.
