Not Enough Horror
With Not Enough Horror installed, a Forge world gains a set of horror-themed items, from a Broken Crossbow to a Ration Variants pack and a set of Empty Random Tickets.
What it does
Not Enough Horror is a small Forge mod that adds a handful of horror-flavored items to Minecraft Java Edition. It is the horror part of the Not Enough series of items and blocks, and it is meant to be added to a modpack alongside the rest of that series. Its item list is still growing, and the author takes suggestions for further additions.
The mod adds three disks that play horror ambience sounds, blood splatter effects in several styles, and corpses with different body parts. Blood is included, so the content is aimed at players who want darker scenes. Since the author notes that these effects are not meant to hold up to screenshot gore, players should check the content before sharing images from a world with it.
Installation is limited to Forge for 1.19.2 – 1.20.1. Both the server and every player need the mod, since it runs on client and server. Files are published under the MIT License, and the project is not open source.

Who it’s for: Players and modpack authors who want a small set of horror items for Forge worlds. Its content is limited, so it suits a scene or a modpack rather than a full horror overhaul.
How it compares
Horror Element Mod is a Forge mod for 1.19.2 – 1.20.1 that runs on client and server and is under All rights reserved, so its license is more restrictive. Creepy Horror Sounds is a Forge mod for 1.19.2 – 1.20.3 that runs on the client alone, so servers do not need it. Horror sounds is a Forge mod for 1.20.1 that is also client and server and is released under the MIT License.
