Never Enough Currency 3
by Multicoder
Never Enough Currency 3 adds a banking system and a currency called MineDollar to Minecraft, with coins and notes that players can pay with or withdraw.
What it does
The mod introduces the MineDollar as a functional currency, with banking, so that players can pay each other with it instead of trading items. Mob drops grant MineDollar, and the amount each mob yields is listed in the mob list. Currency can be paid in two ways: by handing over the amount in hand, or with the bank pay command followed by a player name and an amount. Coins and notes are withdrawn with the bank withdraw command, which lists the available denominations so the player can select a coin or note.
A server-side shop sells items at prices that change within a set range, in a style similar to a stock market, where prices shuffle within their range each hour. More chest loot is added in later versions. The mod runs on the server alone, so players join without installing anything. It is released under the MIT License and is open source, and its source code and issue tracker are public. Files cover 11 release versions 1.19.3 – 26.1.1, and the latest NeoForge build, 2.0.0, targets 26.1.1.
