What it does

Mutator scales mobs through attribute randomization, so mobs of the same type can differ in strength on a given server. It requires AbstractedUtilities and Fabric API. Only the server needs it; players join without installing anything. Files cover 1.21.10 – 26.3 and are released under the MIT License as open source.
